Church Leaders Lead offers a 9 month training track for leaders concerned about this growing church offense syndrome. While churches spend much effort to recruit and retain believers, little is done to rescue them.

This training track equips leaders with knowledge, skill and confidence to intentionally mentor a believer who has left the organized church family.

When believers leave the church, they take valuable resources with them. No longer can we sit idly by, watching the gifts God gave to the body trickle out. Believers need the church and the church needs believers, all of them, to accomplish the Great Commission.
